    5 Major Problems And How To Deal With Them

     

      Life can feel like a rollercoaster ride sometimes. Other times, it feels like a bus headed to everywhere and nowhere but there is no going back. You would simply have to go with the flow and make the best of the whole situation. Sure, the people accompanying us on the ride make a huge difference in the overall experience but in the end, it really is your ride and your life. Quite relatable, right? No one in this world can go through life without facing one problem or the other.

     

      Even children sometimes have their battles to overcome. The trick is how you deal with these issues. I would advise decisively. To make headway in life, you have to deal with your problems decisively. Do not waste time. Do not hope for divine intervention. Fix it and move to the next. When life throws lemons at you, learn to make lemonade.

    1. End of relationships:

     

      Always remember that your number one person; your ride or die person; your thick and thin person is you. At the end of it all, you are who will stay with you till the end. You are the only one who owes you that type of loyalty. the one who is going to be with you till the end is you. Hold it at the back of your mind that people come and go. They also have dreams and aspirations and sometimes, leaving you is what they need to do. It is just you also should not feel indebted to anyone so much so you forgo opportunities to grow in order to be with them.

     

    Tip: Once you see yourself losing people, take an inward look. If it is not a flaw in your character that is causing it, take the opportunity to meet new people.

     

    2. Addiction to technology:

     

      Technology has made our lives easier. Think about it. Everything seems to lie in our hands. Communicating, shopping, etc. And without taking note, some of us let this ease created by a tech to take a large space in our lives. This could lead to some major problems.  We are talking about real problems here! Many people develop drastic procrastination behaviour.

     

    Tip: If you find this is a problem you are facing, consider switching to a dumbphone or not subscribing or connecting to a Wi-Fi. This will wean you off your addiction to the phone and also to being on the myriad social media platforms that are eating into your time. Take the hard step!

     

    3. Insomnia:

     

      Those who don’t get an ounce of sleep would know the deal and how it can mess up your day. Sleep is central to our general well-being and even how optimally we would function when awake. If you are not getting enough sleep, chances are high that you would face critical health issues in future.
     

    Tip: Cut down on caffeine! No matter how much you and your coffee are inseparable, you must cut down on its intake at least 7 hours before you hit the bed.

     

    4. Loss of money:

      Now, most people face this at least once in their lives. Being broke is one of the toughest situations to be in especially now where there is so much to. The biggest deal is when you have liabilities and dependants. Fret not, there is a way.

     

    Tip: Have a very good savings culture. Always save. Not only for a rainy day but because it is a good policy to have. You should also look to getting part-time or remote jobs or even working overtime at your place of work in order to make extra income.  There are a plethora of sources available on the internet to find you a part-time job matching your interest. However, when you do, make sure to not cut too deep into the time you spend sleeping.

     

    5. Breaking a bad habit:

      There are habits we have that are injurious to us on the long run. Take smoking, for example. Smoking does not only ruin your body but it can actually negatively affect your relationships. It might be put off people who naturally would have made your journey in life less tiring or cumbersome. You must realise that breaking this habit is not impossible and there is always a way to fix it.

     

    Tip: The first step is to acknowledge it is a problem and you want to fix it. Make up your mind to quit. You can try associating your bad habit with something that you absolutely hate till you find you have been put off it. In the case of smoking, there is the option of using patches to help you quit.
