There are habits we have that are injurious to us on the long run. Take smoking, for example. Smoking does not only ruin your body but it can actually negatively affect your relationships.
It might be put off people who naturally would have made your journey in life less tiring or cumbersome. You must realise that breaking this habit is not impossible and there is always a way to fix it.
